As both an Organisational Development Practitioner and Clinical Academic, I bring together academic rigour, critical thinking, and a unique talent for engaging others in the successful execution of change endeavours. I take immense pride in accomplishments such as pioneering the implementation of the very first real-time nursing outcomes dashboard, establishing a nationally acclaimed ward accreditation program supported by a robust data model, and seamlessly introducing an enterprise-wide Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system.
EXPERTISE
My expertise extends to policy-making, where I’ve played a pivotal role in shaping and developing national strategies and frameworks, including the National Digital Clinical Safety Strategy and the What Good Looks Like for Nursing initiative.
My policy influence transcends borders, as demonstrated by my association with the International Council of Nursing (ICN) Global Nurse Leadership Institute. Through partnerships with the ICN and the World Health Organisation, I actively contribute to shaping international digital healthcare strategies.
